Prices

Basic price: €525
Weekend (3 days, 2 nights): €1050
Midweek (5 days, 4 nights): €1400
Week (7 days, 6 nights): €1750
Extra night: €200

Included in the price:

bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen, water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, welcome drinks, and a service package (coffee, tea, sponge, dishcloth, mop, dishwashing soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, shower gel, and hand soap).

To be charged separately:

Rental of a crib (for children up to 2 years old) including bed linen at €25/stay
Dogs are allowed (€45/stay)
Advance payment: 50% of the total rental price is payable upon reservation and serves as a definitive confirmation, along with a signed rental agreement.
The Remaining amount (50% of the total rental price) is to be paid a month before arrival.
Guarantee: €650 must be paid along with the remaining balance a month prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within a month after departure at the latest.
